The Gold Package builds on the foundation of Silver, introducing more premium selections and a heightened sense of indulgence throughout the menu. Think richer cuts, more decadent elements and a dining journey that feels considered from start to finish.
This is the full expression of the experience, designed for guests wanting to lean into the occasion and make it feel truly special.

*Igloo experiences are designed for a minimum of four guests; bookings of 2 or 3 guests will be required to select and pay for a minimum of four packages.
Maison De Ski is a pre-booked experience, full prepayment is required to secure all reservations, with each booking allocated a 2-hour experience and limited to a maximum of 8 guests for Igloo experiences and 6 guests for Fire Pit experiences, with one package selection per booking. To arrange a smaller group booking, please contact reservations on (07) 3187 4590. All experiences operate on a set menu with no substitutions or alterations available. Menus are seasonal and may vary on the day, and while we prioritise quality and consistency, select items may be substituted due to availability or unforeseen circumstances. Igloos and fire pit tables are outdoor experiences and are subject to weather conditions; in the event of unsuitable weather, we will endeavour to accommodate your booking inside the restaurant where possible. A 5% surcharge applies on Saturdays, 10% on Sundays and 15% on public holidays. A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions, with a maximum of two credit cards accepted per table and no split bills available.
